Anyone taking a shot at flying on Sat. 8/21/10,weather permitts????

I was flying CL on Thursday night. That was our meeting night and we had about 18 members turn out for a very nice evening.
The Castle Phoenix 60A ESC on my Ultra Stick 25e died and I've been waiting on a shipment from Hobby King for LiPos and EC-5 connectors. They arrived today but I'll be out of town this weekend. Decided to replace the Phoenix 60A w/CC-BEC with one of the relatively new CC 70A ICE controllers. These now feature a switching ESC rather than the linear BEC on other ESCs. I'm only running 4 mini analog servos on the 25e so am ditching the CC-BEC.

We didn`t c u out there on Sunday with the rest of us!!!!! Gale force winds and we were flying!

I had 2 more flights on the Raptor 90 SE tonight, NO one else at the field, how sad.
Come out this weekend guys, charge the batteries and dust off the wings, its September Fest

My daughter has been sick (she had a Lupus flare up) and had to be admitted to the hospital for a few days last weekend. I'll get my chance to fly one of these days! I have a minivan now which means I'll have room for MORE planes.
